the first requirement to change embroidery design format is a software. so we will use here wilcome TrueSizer e.3 embroidery software. if you don’t have software so you can use free tril version by click on link. and download true sizer on welcome official site and if you like this softwear so you can buy it.
Open Wilcome TrueSizer softwer for change embroidery design format
Open software by double click on desktop icon or you can open with press right click of mouse on icon then you can see menu and you can see open menu, click on open. if you install properly so it is open successfully within 30-60 seconds. based on your PC configurations
Open File witch you want to change format
after the open software you can see like this image. for change embroidery file format first you shoud open design witch you want to change file format
1. click on Open menu ( like file folder)
Select File For Open Design file for change file format
when you click on open menu you can see like this window.
- go to file destination witch you want to open
- select file
- press open button
Press Save As on File Menu
click on file menu and press save As.. menu. you can see on image

now you can select file format by click on save as type select box.
- clcick on save as type select box and select file format which you want here is 3 example for DST, PES and JEF file format
- select file formet
- prss save button
Select Tajima (*.DST) Options for Save DST File.
Select Deco/Brother/Babylock (*.PES) “Options for Save DST File.
Janome/Elna/Kenmore (*.JEF ) file format.
after select file format please Press SAVE button. so your file is now saved success fully now you can use it on your machine

some important information about to change embroidery design format
you should know some basic requirement to change embroidery design format so your file is running success fully in your machine.
DST file is support most of multi head embroidery machines or some single head embroidery machine. if your machine support DST file so you can use dst file. DST file have requirement any size you can use any size in DST file. if your machine is support.
PES File is only support Deco, Brother and Babylock embroidery machine. PES file maximum file size is Limited And it is depend your machine hoop. if your design is bigger the your hoop size so you should split (divide in small parts) design then you should save design. and use in your machine
also same things if you have USHA jenome machie so your machine support JEF file and it is also need split if your design bigger then your hoop size so please save design afre check your machine hoop size and design height and width. you can see design height and width in bottom of right corner of software screen
